Privacy Policy

TraderComps (tradercomps.com) is operated by Surgence Labs. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

What We Collect

• Get listed and contact forms. When you send the form we receive what you enter: your name, email, company or venue, optional Telegram or X handle and the details of your request. We use it to review your listing or enquiry and to reply.
• Emails you send us. Your email address and message, to reply.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. When you click a "Join" button we log the venue and campaign clicked and the time, so we can see which listings are useful.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data. We do not currently use analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Who We Share It With

• Vercel, which hosts the site.
• Our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our team.
• Google, whose favicon service loads venue logos in your browser. Loading a logo sends a request to Google that includes your IP address.

When you follow a link to a venue, that venue receives your visit under its own privacy policy. Affiliate links may let the venue tell us that a sign-up came from TraderComps; they do not give us your account details.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions and emails are kept while we handle your request and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are kept for the period our provider's settings allow.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@tradercomps.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
